Care Instructions
For guidance on caring for your Liang & Eimil furniture, please refer to our general care guide covering wood, metal, stone and upholstery finishes.
Delivery
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. You will receive an email confirming your delivery date, and we will usually advise whether to expect your delivery in the morning or afternoon. Standard delivery is 5–10 working days from receipt of full payment.
Our standard service is one-man delivery to the ground-floor entrance of a business address. Assistance may be required to unload. Upgraded services, residential delivery and third-party (client) delivery are available at an additional charge.
All deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available, the order will return to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee will apply. Some items may require inspection in front of the driver, as advised in advance.
Trade customers delivering to warehouses or third-party sites must ensure a representative is present and all goods are checked on arrival. Our insurance covers delivery to the front door only, and we are not liable for any damage caused once items are carried inside the property.
If you prefer, you may arrange collection from our warehouse with prior notice.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please report this within 48 hours of delivery using our Returns Form. Photos of the issue are required.
We will repair, replace or refund where appropriate. In some cases, a replacement may be invoiced first and refunded once the original item is returned in its delivered condition. Replacement parts will be provided where only fittings/components are faulty.
All items must be checked within 48 hours, including deliveries to warehouses. We cannot accept claims for damage reported after this timeframe or after installation.
Unwanted items may be returned within 10 working days, unused and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the carriage charge for collection, or they may return the item to our warehouse themselves.
All returns must be pre-approved and returned to our warehouse. Credit is issued within 3 working days after inspection.
Liang & Eimil may charge £80 + VAT for site visits where the fault is due to incorrect installation. After-sales support is provided to the original purchaser only.
