£25,000 – £30,000 base + Commission
Liang & Eimilis a UK-based brand specializing in luxury furniture, lighting, and accessories tailored for the interior design industry. Our design-driven collections are trusted by discerning architects, designers, and developers globally. We're committed to delivering exceptional service and creative solutions that add tangible value to our clients’ businesses.
Are you driven, ambitious, and eager to start a successful sales career in the design and interiors industry? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated to learn, hungry to earn, and ready to make an impact.
This is a pure business development role where you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting prospects into sales. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager and receive hands-on training to build your sales skills and industry knowledge.
Business Development: Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities within the interiors, commercial, and design sectors.
Sales Growth: Leverage your network and client database to drive consistent sales growth and meet ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
International Expansion: Identify and onboard distributors/resellers abroad, focusing on key markets like the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.
CRM Mastery: Use CRM software to manage leads, track conversion rates, measure performance, and report on outreach activity weekly and monthly.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and delivering tailored, luxury design solutions.
Outreach & Networking: Actively engage in events, trade shows, and the wider design community to boost brand visibility and uncover opportunities.
Strategy & Reporting: Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly performance reviews with the Managing Director to align on progress, strategy, and plans.
Education: Ideally a degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field, but not essential.
Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of sales or business development experience.
Sales-Driven: Natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
Communication Skills: Confident in making outbound calls and presenting products to clients.
Passion for Design: Strong interest in furniture, interiors, and luxury design products.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
Ambitious & Driven: Hungry to learn, earn, and grow within a sales-focused environment.
